1. 7-Day Return Eligibility
Products delivered can be returned or replaced within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product delivered is physically damaged or defective.
- The product delivered is different from what was ordered.
- The product is missing accessories or parts.
2. Doorstep Return Pickup
Once your return request is approved, our courier partner will pick up the item from your doorstep at zero extra cost.
3. Refund Method & Processing Time
Refunds are initiated immediately after quality inspection of the returned parcel. Amounts are credited back to your original payment method (Prepaid UPI/Card) or Bank Account (for COD orders) within 3 to 5 business days.
